Collection: Surface Electrodes

Surface electrodes are used by biometric monitoring technicians to measure electrical activity in the body. They are typically placed on the skin, overlying muscles or areas of the body with a high concentration of nerve endings. The surface electrodes are connected to a monitoring device, typically a computer, which records electrical activity in the body. This data is then used to assess muscle activity, heart rate, breathing rate and other important physiological parameters. Surface electrodes are a reliable and noninvasive method for biometric monitoring and can provide valuable insights into the health and well-being of a patient.
